As a champion of stakeholder management, you’ll maintain strong communication between internal teams and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring all parties move in sync toward success.

Your daily activities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the Project Management team to foster a high-performing, scalable PM culture
- Managing complex or strategic projects, from requirements to commissioning
- Improving and standardizing project management processes to support company growth
- Managing expectations and maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Reporting project progress, risks, and budget performance to management
- Ensuring proper documentation and delivering professional reports and presentations
- Coordinating full project life cycles: from requirements and concept design to procurement and commissioning
- Aligning between simulation engineering, development, and commercial teams to meet deliverables
- Fostering a healthy team culture, focusing on team dynamics and the individual needs
