- Research and identify new cold leads; qualify and distribute to the relevant Business Developer.
- Develop and maintain structured lead lists to keep generating and funnelling throughout the team.
- Support CRM optimization by identifying workflow improvements and helping with dashboard/report creation.
- Assist in crafting and executing first outreach steps (email/phone) for new opportunities.
- Join Business Developers in market research, early-stage tender analysis, and pipeline growth activities and maybe on some trips
- Support our marketing and commercial teams with content, outreach campaigns, and event prep.
- Help build systems that support future sales success and make the sales process smoother.
